DWP Presents the Draining Option to the SLNC

The Eastsider ran a story today about the presentation the LA Department of Water & Power made to the Silver Lake Neighborhood Council earlier this week, and the Council’s subsequent vote to support the DWP’s decision to look at all options before it:
