Who’s watering the path? Landscaping has been looking dry on the “up and over” path along Armstrong Ave. That’s because there is a gap in maintenance contracts between the City and the LA Conservation Corps. In the interim, Silver Lake Reservoirs Conservancy leaders are working to keep the plants alive until a contract is in place.  Dave Keitel (standing), Guy Vidal (kneeling), and Maryann Kuk are busy here trying to figure out the irrigation controller.
